Sober Living in Roanoke, Virginia
A safe, structured and supportive environment for people committed to building a life in recovery
Resilient Sober Living Comes to Roanoke, Virginia
A New Standard of Accountability, Structure, and Recovery
Resilient Sober Living is proud to announce its expansion into Roanoke, Virginia, bringing a proven commitment to recovery, personal responsibility, and rebuilding lives to the Roanoke community.
Founded with the belief that recovery is about more than simply stopping the use of drugs and alcohol, Resilient Sober Living provides an environment where individuals can develop the discipline, accountability, life skills, and support systems necessary to build a meaningful life in recovery.
Our Roanoke residence will provide men and women with a safe, structured, and supportive living environment designed to help residents successfully transition from treatment into independent living. Residents will be expected to take an active role in their recovery while working toward employment, financial stability, healthy relationships, personal growth, and lasting independence.
At Resilient Sober Living, we believe that freedom comes with responsibility. Structure is not intended to control residents—it is designed to help them develop the habits and decision-making skills necessary to eventually manage their lives without that structure.
Our approach emphasizes:
Accountability and personal responsibility
Employment and financial independence
Recovery meetings and peer support
Drug and alcohol testing
Curfews and structured expectations
Healthy routines and daily responsibility
Connection with outpatient and community-based services
Life skills and personal development
Respect for the home, the community, and fellow residents
A clear path toward independent living
We understand that every person's recovery journey is different. Some individuals need additional time and structure after completing treatment before they are ready to live independently. Resilient Sober Living is designed to help bridge that gap.
Our goal is not simply to provide a place to live.
Our goal is to provide an environment where people can learn how to live.
We want residents to leave Resilient Sober Living with more than sobriety. We want them to leave with confidence, discipline, purpose, employment, healthy relationships, and the tools necessary to maintain long-term recovery.
Resilient Sober Living has built its foundation on one simple principle:
Recovery requires resilience.
Life in recovery will present challenges, setbacks, disappointments, and difficult decisions. We believe individuals become stronger when they learn how to face those challenges rather than run from them.
As we come to Roanoke, our mission is to become a positive member of the community and provide individuals in recovery with an opportunity to rebuild their lives—one responsible decision at a time.
